The Most Recommended General Contractors in Las Vegas — Measured on Leading AI Assistants

This Las Vegas edition started from 71 verified local general contractors. We then asked leading AI assistants — 4 different ways, 4 checks in July 2026 — and wrote down every company it recommended.

The result is a short list. Just 24 companies — 34% of the cohort — were ever named, and only Jerezee Construction was named in 3 of 4 checks.

One step down: Greenso Construction, Merlin Custom Home Builders and Pearl Remodeling and 3 more, named in 2 of 4 checks.

We don't crown a winner. AI gives a slightly different answer each time you ask, so the honest number is how many of the 4 checks named a company — not what place it came in. One mention out of 4 doesn't get published.

Las Vegas fielded the 18th-largest cohort of the 26 metros we measured this edition — 71 general contractors.

Only 24 of 71

Las Vegas-area general contractors we benchmarked ever get recommended by AI — that's just 34%. These are the companies it names:

Rankings are measured and cannot be purchased — sponsored blocks are labeled advertising and sit outside the ranked list.

Ask AI the same question twice and the answer can change. So we do not crown a number one. We publish how many of the 4 checks named each company. Companies named in more checks are the ones AI keeps coming back to. Companies named in only one check are not listed: a single mention does not repeat reliably.

The questions behind the Las Vegas list

No synthetic prompts — these are the questions homeowners actually ask, exactly as we ran them:

  • Who is the best general contractor in Las Vegas, Nevada?
  • I want to remodel my kitchen in Las Vegas, Nevada. Which contractor should I hire?
  • What is the most recommended general contractor in Las Vegas, Nevada?
  • Who should I hire to build a home addition in Las Vegas, Nevada?

The Las Vegas measurement at a glance

  • Repeat recommendations are rare here: only 7 of the 24 names came up more than once, and only those are published.
  • Google agrees with the picks: the board averages 4.9 stars across 423 combined reviews.
  • AI's Las Vegas answers pull from the wider metro, including companies in Henderson.
  • Jerezee Construction was named in 3 of 4 checks — the closest thing Las Vegas has to a consensus answer.

About the Las Vegas list

How many Las Vegas general contractors does AI actually recommend?

24, out of the 71 we verified — 34% of the Las Vegas cohort. Everyone else went unmentioned across all 4 of our July 2026 checks.

What's the most recommended general contractor in Las Vegas right now?

Right now, Jerezee Construction — recommended in 3 of the 4 checks, and the only company at that level in Las Vegas.

Why isn't there a number one on this list?

Because a number one wouldn't hold. Ask AI the same question again and the top name often changes, while the number of checks that named a company stays about the same. So we publish the count: companies named in the same number of the 4 checks are grouped together and listed alphabetically, because nothing in the measurement separates them.

Which questions produced the Las Vegas list?

The same questions real homeowners type — including "Who is the best general contractor in Las Vegas, Nevada?" and "I want to remodel my kitchen in Las Vegas, Nevada. Which contractor should I hire?" — and we recorded every company named in the answers. The full set of phrasings is listed on this page.

Can a company pay to be on the Las Vegas list?

No — and that's the point. The list is measured, never sold; no payment, sponsorship, or relationship moves a company onto it. A company can buy a labeled sponsored block beside the list, which changes nothing about the list.

Do Google reviews decide the Las Vegas list?

No — the grouping comes only from how often AI named each company in our checks. We show Google ratings for context: the Las Vegas board averages 4.9 stars across 423 reviews.

New — not rankedFree listing · not measured, not scored, not a ranking

New to Las Vegas? These general contractors are just getting started.

Everything above this line was measured. The list on this page comes from asking AI assistants real questions and counting who they named — no one can buy their way onto it.

This section is different, and we want to be plain about it. The businesses below are brand new. They have not been measured, they have no rank and no score, and they are not part of the list above. They are here because they asked to be, we checked that they are real, and a business that opened last month has no way to show up in a ranking built on history. Nobody paid for a spot here — it is free, and it is not an endorsement.

Just opened a company in Las Vegas? You can be the first one here.

Tell us who you are and we'll add you to this section — free. It is not a ranking and it will never say you are ranked, because you are not: you are new. When we re-run the benchmark, a real spot on the list above is something you earn, not something we hand out.
